The collection service is designed to help you choose the sole that best suits the footwear you have to repair. To do this, follow the instructions below.

1º Remove the sole from the footwear, clean well all the remaining rubber that remains in the footwear. If the footwear has parts of the previous sole without removing, we cannot fit the sole well.

2º Put the footwear in a box and close it so that it reaches our facilities safely.

3º Buy this article so that we can send the agency to get your shoes.

4th Once the footwear arrives, we will choose the most suitable sole for the footwear and we will send you a WhatsApp so that you can approve the sole that we have chosen.

5º When everything is ready, we will notify you of the soles that you must add to the cart on the website so that you can make the purchase of the soles and we can send the order together with your footwear.

Explanatory note: With this service you can send up to a maximum of 10 pairs of footwear. If you need more pairs, you must buy the service again.
